- Some of our products may be custom-made or hand-made, we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for those products.
- Cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process.

Cancellation
- As we needed to line up our logistics and vendors, cancellation is only accepted within 60 minutes after an order is placed. If you have to cancel your order outside of this timeframe, please feel free to reach out to us immediately at [email protected]. As we process our orders as quickly as possible, so cancellation is time-sensitive. We sincerely apologies in advance if any inconvenience this would have caused.

- All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return.
